I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have received my Master's Degree in both Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from John Brown University. I have experience working with adult individuals, couples, and families as I have worked in a private practice setting before. As part of Chenal Family Therapy PLC, I consult with our team of therapists and psychiatrists who specialize in different issues, ensuring that all possible treatment approaches are considered. If we encounter problems outside my areas of expertise, I can provide seamless referrals, including testing and medication management, to get you the needed help.

I want to start by saying that I truly hold a solid belief that each and every human deserves to feel happiness, love, excitement, contentment, and ultimately to achieve their dreams, desires, goals, and best-selves! I implement an integrative approach, with a craving to help. Whether that assistance be with a child struggling with ADHD, an individual learning to cope with anxiety/depression, a couple struggling, or an entire family in need, I am devoted to seeking out and destroying the obstacles, strongholds, cognitive distortions, or whatever the “problem” is that is impeding their ability to live happy, healthy, fulfilled lives. I am genuinely interested in helping people remove obstacles and live their best lives!
